Formula 1 2008 Predictions.

As promised, after recording the podcast with Mark over at Falcon Portal, I have made my predictions for the championship this coming season. I'm taking part in the Yahoo Fantasy F1 along with the Prediction Game at F1Wolf.com, so feel free to join in or leave comments.

2008 Predicted Positions:-

01- Lewis Hamilton. Possible wishful thinking on my part, but I feel
he learnt a lot last year.

02- Kimi Raikkonen. I can see it being a close season again, with the difference being just a few points.

03- Felipe Massa. Will act as a steady number 2 at Ferrari.

04- Heikki Kovalainen. Keeping the peace at McLaren and not discracing himself.

05- Robert Kubica. Should be able to win BMW's first grand prix.

06- Nick Heidfeld. Showing that BMW are nearly there, but not quite.

07- Fernando Alonso. Steady season at Renault.

08- Nico Rosberg. Williams doing ok, and Rosberg building-up his reputation.

09- Mark Webber. Steady with occasional flashes of brilliance.

10- David Coulthard. Winning Monacco in the wet?

11- Nelson Piquet jnr. In the shadow of Alonso, and moves to Toyota at
the end of the year.

12- Kazuki Nakajima. Steady first season at Williams.

13- Jenson Button. Honda still catching-up.

14- Timo Glock. Toyota still behind Honda.

15- Rubens Barichello. Second driver at Honda.

16- Jarno Trulli. Toyota not faring as well.

17- Sebastian Bourdais. Not a bad season.

18- Anthony Davidson.

19- Takuma Sato.

20- Sebastian Vettel. Will find the going tough.

21- Adrian Sutil. Unknown force.

22- Giancarlo Fisichella. Won't last the season.

Something I'm looking forward to. It'll be a season to watch out for impact of the rule changes. Come on Lewis!

Hello,
I think your preditions is too logical so it could suffer many changes. I hope Alonso could get higher in the list but your predition is fair.

Goodluck.

Hi Thot. I've tried a logical prediction, with an element of wishful thinking.

I'm sure it'll be an exciting season, though.
