Monaco Grand Prix Review

It was certainly an exciting race considering how wet the circuit seemed at times. McLaren seemed to have the strategy correct, even if that was brought in to play after Hamilton graced the barriers. A classic victory for Hamilton, putting him top of the World Championship by three points. Kubica's second place has kept him in contention for the championship, along with the two Ferrari drivers and Hamilton.

Ferrari didn't get the strategy right, with Massa doing well to finish third. Webber did well to finish fourth, the position Sutil had earnt and deserved until the World Champion drove into the back of his car, putting the Force India out of the race. The Ferrari driver coming away from the weekend with nothing more than fastest lap.

Vettel, Barrichello, Nakajima and Kovalainen finished fifth to eight respectively. The McLaren driver earning the award for the second most unlucky driver in the race after selecting neutrals before the formation lap, resulting in a start from the pit-lane.
